Ordered the teriyaki steak meal. Miso soup-good, edamame-cold, steak-overcooked, veggies-cold and uncooked (broccoli and baby carrots), rice-great. Pop was from a can. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

Nice atmosphere but some of the food was not very flavorful. The pot stickers were bland and didn't compare to the one's served at Great Wall. The Miso soup was terrible and we could not finish it. We were expecting something similar to the soup served st Sumos in Wichita, my wife said it tasted like a wet rag. The rice was very dry and tasted old, but the entrees saved the dinner. The flavors in the chicken and curry sauce were very good and the battered prons/vegetables were amazing. All in all there was a decent amount of food for the price and it might be something we give a second chance to in the future

I went in on a Wednesday evening and was happily surprised that it was happy hour with $5 appetizers and 1/2 price Ramen. The appetizers I tried were great, I highly recommend the Screaming Poppers, they are awesome. I actually liked the food so much I went back for lunch the next day. I don’t live in Newton, but I’ve definitely found my fave new restaurant to eat at when I’m there for work once a month. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they did a great job taking care of me! Thanks guys!

Fantastic, absolutely fantastic. My husband and I order take out, we got the miso ramen, and order of the shrimp tempura and California rolls, they were amazing! Best I've had since living on the coast! The service was great too! Super friendly and fast!

I go this place ALL THE TIME! They just turned away 5 people at 2:25 on a Sunday! They close at 3! What a shame never again! All it takes is the staff being lazy one time to ruin something good! Owner is very nice and always treated me exeptionaly well!

The food is great. I had the Raman noodle soup. They have a great special on Sat/Sun called "$30 for 2". Your choice of appetizer, 2 entrees, and dessert for $30 bucks. We had the cheesescake!! Highly recommended

Their food is very tasty and the spicey options are very spicey, but that's where the pros end. The sushi rolls fall apart as soon as you touch them and they're also extremely small...even the specialty ones. This would be fine if they weren't so overpriced. Their simple rolls (California, Boston, etc) are nearly twice what other restaurants charge and aren't superior in flavor.

I have eaten here on other occasions and the service and food were great. But today our waitress was lacking. We waited 15 mins just to get drinks and 30+ just to order. She walked by us on multiple occasions and even made it obvious she was second guessing herself about whether or not she served us yet. The place is not that big. We came in 15 min before another party and they already had their food before we could even order ours after 30 min. I'm surprised we even stayed as long as we did but we really wanted to eat that good food. But very dissatisfied service wise.
