There is a new student employee working , and the manager was rude and not teaching her anything but instead was yelling at her. I went through the drive through twice because they didn’t give me two of my ice creams from my order. So the third time I went in and they were rude and didn’t listen. Will not be going back. The student employee looked like she was going to cry. The manger has red/brown hair that was short. She needs to be brought off her high horse and worry about teaching, and making sure other employees are doing their job. She was creating a hostile workplace. 0/10.

Having grown up in a small town in Oklahoma, Braums was always a staple for me. However, I’ve lived in northwest missouri since I was 13. Unfortunately we don’t have them up here. However, anytime I pass by one I always stop. Today was one of those days. Employees were great! Food was good, although I didn’t really care for their mayonnaise. The shake (mint chocolate chip) was great. However, I’ll never get a large again. When they say large, they mean business. It came out in what I assume to be a 32oz styrofoam cup! Thanks Braums!

I left my card in the grocery store and the girl watched me walk over to the restaurant side and never looked to see if I was still there until I got home 30 minutes away which was frustrating but I do like there grocery stores for various items. The muffins and cinnamon rolls are excellent!

My husband and I frequent Braum’s often, but lately the food has gone down in quality. Twice we have been served chicken strips that are the size of McDonald’s nuggets, the fries have been cold and crunchy in the middle and soggy on the outside, and on our most recent trip (1/30/24) the burger was spicy. A plain burger was spicy. My husband didn’t want spicy that day and I cannot have spicy foods for medical reasons. Please bring your food quality back up, Braum’s!
