The Lady with all the piercings in her face. Talked to my son rudely over THEM FORGETTING TO PUT BACON ? on his sandwich THAT HE PAID FOR.Then had the nerve to call him the N word!!! This place is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous.. They’re ALWAYS messing up orders but don’t want to fix the issue! Then wants to take a picture of my son’s license plate telling him he can’t come back!!! GOING STRAIGHT TO CORPORATE!!

I Love the people here day and night. HOWEVER TONIGHTS CREW on Monday April 15th were beyond exceptional and deserve a review. These three Ladies working were delightful. I am a little difficult at times and was having a really crappy day. They did not take it personal in fact they went out of their way to make it better. Had me smiling when I left. What a great bunch working this shift tonight. I just felt someone should know. Ya never know what people are going thru. But their kindness made what I'm going through disappear if only briefly it was kindness . THANK YOU LADIES

This place is always a crapshoot. Gave it a shot again to leave an honest review. I checked temps as soon as the bag was handed to me. The onion rings were... tepid. The burger was nice and hot, tho. It was not the best whopper I've ever had, it was okay at best. The bun oddly seemed underbaked, pale. The lady at the window was vary friendly. Not sure, she seemed to be the only one working there. She worked both windows.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the Classic Melt and the Swiss and Mushroom Melt. Both were delicious and surprisingly nearly exactly like you see on the TV ads.

My brother placed an order ahead, and he came back home, missing a large fry, and the shakes look like they were not even mixed all the way, and the good part is that there was a whopper in the bag, even when he didn't order one. Though my brother placed the online order at 8: 20 he went to pick it up at 9:20 and had to wait another 25 minutes for the food, i work at a fast food place and THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
