Everybody always treat you like family. They already know what I get, I don’t even hav to ask for. It’s amazing how they remember. It’s always so welcoming.

We used to love this place, go at least once a week. Not anymore, severs used to be so friendly, but now are moody rude and never check on you. They seem miserable with their job. I'm a good tipper, but my recent experience it was hard to leave anything. Which made me very sad. Younger kid waiter needs an attitude adjustment and needs to appreciate customers more.

BEWARE OF ROACHES!!!!

Food was ok (not as good as ElCeritos in Hesston). Table attendant was nice and attentive.

Everything was …ok… until a ROACH DROPPED FROM THE CEILING ONTO MY ARM!!!

When I talked to management they say they had “recently sprayed and that’s some time what happens when they live in the ceiling.” He smiled and apologized BUT OFFERED NO DISCOUNT for our food!!

I even showed him the video I took of the roach and he shrugged smiled and said again “that what happens they drop from ceiling, I bring you a new plate?”

Oh my word…

Are you kidding me…

Obviously we had lost our appetite and didn’t want more food!!!

I mentioned it to the cashier and showed her the video and she actually LAUGHED AND POINTED UP! Like it was some big joke that they have roaches living in the ceiling!!

I was tempted to walk out without paying!!!

I ended up having to pay full price for our meals and wasn’t even told Thankyou!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!

Friendly personable and helpful staff. I ordered Pollo Loco which was excellent it came with the best Spanish rice I have ever been served. The chips and salsa were excellent, I also had their queso which is extremely creamy. All of the food was served fresh and hot. I highly recommend! Thank you for the great service René.

COCKROACH IN OUR FOOD! After getting my wife’s order wrong and making a snarky comment to her face, they brought out a new plate with a cockroach in her rice. The owner came out and said, “we spray but they like the heat and food” and shrugged. Absolutely no excuse for this. We will never be back. I have a video of the cockroach in the rice.

This is still my favorite Mexican Restaurant. I have liked everything I tried. They offer a nice variety - dishes you don't see everywhere else. I love their Enchiladas Newton and Enchiladas Vera Cruz.

The food was nice and hot. The guacamole was disgusting!! It was almost like a liquid. That's not how you make guacamole. When we told the waiter we didn't want it, he snatched it out of our hand and stormed off. The carnitas weren't the greatest. The best part of the whole meal was the rice. The chips were hard and super crunchy. The salsa was spicy.
