I can't believe I haven't reviewed Crust and Crumb yet!Everything is delicious, beautiful, impressive for guests, and scrumptious to eat.My favorites are all of the sourdough bread, stollen around Christmas, and the various savory options that often involve caramelized onions.

Really good, big, specially done cookies.It's a bit pricey. The customer must be able to order online or with the in-store computer screen. The employees do not come around the counter to help us digitally inept dinosaurs. That would have gotten me back for subsequent visits. Traffic is usually tough in the area. Parking is OK, but watch for all the cross driving. The good news is that Jimmy John's subs and a cool drink place are right there, too.

They routinely carry country sourdough, sourdough with local (Kansas) wheat and awesome focaccia.At Christmas their Christmas cookie boxes are TO DIE FOR! BRING CASH or plan to run by the ATM before you arrive. The bakery is located in the alley behind Main Street, they have a roll up garage style opening. If you arrive at eight expect a short line of regulars.

We love this bakery and indulge as often as we can in their baked goods. Our favorites are the plain and the chocolate croissants. Fresh, crisp, and delicious with a cuppa tea, cocoa, or coffee, these croissants remind me of Paris!
