I always loved this place and stopped when I came through Newton. I stopped by on 10/15/23 and found a note on the door that they ceased doing business on 10/14/23 due to their ability to stay fully staffed.Sad. Loved their large menu of choices.
Let me just say if I see dust covered vents, which I did, that tells me there's no care about the place. The wait was a bit long. The burgers were decent. Worth it? Eh. A younger gentleman's customer service was really good. But there was a female, who seemed to be in charge, who really seemed like she didn't want to be there. She could benefit from some customer etiquette. We tried it, and that's enough for us.P.S. my onion rings we so cold!! :(
Excellent burger and friendly staff. The store was very clean and tables were not packed together. Plenty of room to move about. Food came out quickly and I can honestly say this is the best pretzel bun burger I have had in recent memory.
