Horrendous customer service. The old guy working the register got so visibly angry when an order was changed twice. Dude. That happens at every restaurant. Treating a customer the way you did was worthy of being fired. I will never darken the door of this kfc again

Went to KFC last night at 820ish waiting in the drive thru for 10min..was never answered drove up to the window..didn't see anyone. Cars were parked here on the employees side...was no sign saying you're closed nothing. Your hours say open till 10...it wasn't even 9pm..

Lobby smelled like dirty mop water, everything i asked for they didn't have, and then some of my food was missing!
When i we t to order chicken at 8:30 in the evening i was told they was out if chicken. Opeeatinv hours are till 10pm. For a chicken eatery ti be out of chi ken 2 hrs before they cliaed and the the staff laughed at me. I would say this place needs all the staff replaced. They do not care that the money they are paid comes from the customers

Bad. Chicken was okay, biscuit was partially uncooked, french fries tasted like last year's oil, a large soda had four sips. Now I remember why I haven't been to a KFC for a decade. Don't do it.
