Went on Tuesday they were not very busy I waited drive thru speaker 10min and when they asked for my order I asked for a 12 piece bucket meal and they said be 45min, why do we not have foos ready specially when you do a $10special on Tuesday and another doesn't take 45min cook chicken never will we go back thus is 2nd time we have tried to order and had none

I ordered a pot pie with a side of Mac and cheese and it took almost 40 minutes of waiting despite placing an order in app beforehand. Ridiculous. Used up my whole lunch break waiting for it, by then I was so mad I couldn't even enjoy it. Never again.

Tried ordering in the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes before I had to call the store to ask if anyone was working drive-thru and taking orders. After another 5 minutes of no one taking my order I decided to go inside to order. Once inside I waited patiently another few minutes and was told someone would take my order. When someone took my order I then was told I would have to wait 17 minutes for chicken to be available. An employee told me also they were short staffed as an excuse for the extremely poor service. I left after hearing that excuse from the employee. The employee I interacted had a nonchalant and uncaring attitude. I ordered my food finally through Doordash just to eat what I wanted without the bad attitude from the employee. The dasher had a happy attitude and communicated with me on the slow service at the KFC.

Old dry food biscuit was like a rock not much flavor on the old dry chicken either like it wasn’t dipped in special seasoning One star too much for this place

Horrendous customer service. The old guy working the register got so visibly angry when an order was changed twice. Dude. That happens at every restaurant. Treating a customer the way you did was worthy of being fired. I will never darken the door of this kfc again
