Stopped in to grab a sausage biscuit and a hash brown at 920am. We had to pull forward as there were at least 4 people ahead of us waiting for their order, so we were asked to park in stall 4. After 15 minutes of waiting, our order was brought out with the sausage biscuit labled with a sticker saying no cheese and it had cheese on it. I went to take it back in, as it was a simple mistake. They apologized and put in another sausage biscuit without cheese. After another 10 minutes, my order came up and I opened it to check and it now had egg on it too... 🤦🏼♀️ I just took the egg off and took it out to my girlfriend. (she doesn't like eggs, but it could easily be removed and she was none the wiser.)
Whole I was waiting inside for the sausage biscuit to be made, I over heard the manager on the phone with someone who's order was taken to the wrong car... When I returned to my car, my girlfriend said they gave us the person in stall 3s order... 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

This is from the Kansas Ave McDonalds. I went through the drive thru and didn’t know my burger was raw inside until I took a bite. The staff was nice and the service was relatively quick, but I think they need to slow down a little and make sure the food is safe for consumption and cooked properly.

Another day, another one star review. Once again failed to make my burger, right. This time it was a replacement for burger they already made wrong. I just wanted no mustard on my Mc double for some reason they put no onions and no mustard. That’s not what I asked for. They were supposed to replace my wholemeal for the inconvenience and just replace my burger and made it wrong again. Everyone needs retrained or something because even the management sucks.
They gave our order to the wrong car & wouldn’t remake it because breakfast was over. A bunch of clowns working there..
