Food is decent sometimes but the service is give or take. Cant stand going in the morning because the same woman constantly refuses to actually take your name for your online order instead repeating herself to say your code. Constantly adding ketchup to burgers when the reason I need them to remove it is due to allergies, and unless i state that they just go all willy nilly. Just a bunch of ridiculous bull that comes from people not able to handle stupidly simple tasks

In drive through for 20 min and have ever got to the 1st window.

Ordered on the app to pickup inside and the doors are locked. Tried to cancel my order and the app won't let me. And drive thru line is halfway down the block.

Price is right. Food is good. If you can get it. Can't seem to handle more than 2 cars at a time in the drive thru. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience either. It's repetitive poor service. Not all McDonald's are this way. So I know it can be done. I gave up and went to Casey's for breakfast. 2 thumbs down šš»šš»

First time at new location
Last time ever going there. Went at 4:30 P.M. the sandwich must of been from yesterday. Cold, nasty and OLD. I'll stick with the old McDonald's on N. MAIN!!

I went the other day and the fries were super cold, and they forgot the sauces for the nuggets. I also ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup, but it came with everything on it ā even though it had a sticker that said āOnly Ketchup.ā Then I went again in the morning, and they gave us a hash brown with a bug fried into it. That was absolutely disgusting. Really disappointing experience overall.

Food was mediocre, fries tasted like they had been in hot hold way too long. Tried to ask a couple employees for some help getting cups for drinks and a receipt for our order but they were to busy playing on their phones rather than taking care of customers.

Food was so fresh and amazing. Service was fast and quick I'd say 5-8 minutes. Atmosphere calm and soothing just right for a relaxing moment right after a longs day at work.

I had a little adventure here, omfg. Okay, so normally I donāt leave bad reviews, because I used to work in the food service industry, literally like a month ago, so Iām really understanding and nice, and I can relate to if someone is annoyed or mad, whether it be from a customer before me, or at their wages. BUT TODAY. My sister bought me a large fry on the app, and it was with a deal where it made the price like a dollar something, so I hopped my big self over to the drive thru (normally I go inside because I know drive can be stressful, but I was in a little bit of a rush), and I expect it to take a few minutes and then I hop my happy self back home. WRONG. I go to the drive and I say that I have a mobile order for Shonda. They ask me the code and I tell them the code. They say the code is invalid, so I ask if that means if it didnāt go through, and they tell me to wait a moment. Fair, the computer is probably being stupid. So I wait a little bit until another voice comes on and long story short, they tell me to come to the first window, so I drive my happy little self to the window, BUT MY CAR DIES. So I coast until I decide to turn it back on again, and then the person at the window asks me the code and itās still invalid. Then they say that my sisterās phone has to be in the location for the code to go through, but the thing is, the order already went through because you can see it on your screen and itās paid for. So you can literally just give it to me, since itās already paid for. BUT NO. They say itās all they can do and then just turn around and take another order. Bro. I literally showed you the screen she sent to me so I can prove that Iām not trying to steal, and you didnāt give me the order? Thatās legitimately stealing, because she paid for it, and you didnāt give it to me. Iām not really mad about not getting the fries, Iām mad that they stole from my sister. And I have good experiences with McDonaldās but this is just flat out stealing and Iām pissed off about it. Literally how is that legal???
I waited 20 minutes in the drive through just to get food that honestly wasn't that great. For it being pretty busy, the fries just warm and not fresh. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it should not take 20 minutes to go through a drive through. I don't want to take it out on the workers, but things should definitely be better than this.

It's a McDonald's....
this McDonald's is so much worse than the one on Kansas Ave. The Kansas Ave McDonald's will at least make your food fresh and has good service, this McDonald's serves disgusting, old, reheated food and you can tell by how overly crispy and stringy it is and how old and bland it tastes. Just awful all around. If I wanted reheated chicken I'd use my own microwave at home for free. The fries must have been an hour old with how cold and soggy they were. The overall score of this place is a lie, if it was up to me I wouldn't even give this place two stars.
