Terrible people didn’t make my food even after 4 hours of placing it. Went to pick it up at the time of ready and nothing they said they would call when it was done but never got a call. Tried the next day to get the same order at the price of my original order and they said no. Won’t ever be getting my service again. A damn shame.

I heard that Pizza Hut has a Tuesday special on personal pan pizzas. I called the Newton PH to ask about it. The young man who answered told me there was an n line special only. I asked what it was. He said it was for two personal pan pizzas. I asked what the special was. He repeated what he told me. No price. If he didn’t know he could have said that. I asked him a third time and he hung up. Guess we are not going to the Newton PH

Traveling from out of town. Ordered pizza at 7:17 pm. It arrived at 8:55 pm. Had to make a call to see if it was even going to be delivered. The pizza was barely warm. Did not get the extras requested(cheese, crushed red peppers, plates and napkins). Would not try them again if traveling in the area.

I do not normally leave bad reviews but it is merited here. We did a carry out order. I made the mistake of not checking the pizzas before I left. When I got home, one of the pizzas was wrong. This is not the first time this has happened but it is the first time I went back to have it corrected. When I returned to the store to request the pizza be remade the worker attempted to try and convince me that the order was not wrong. (I had ordered 1/2 pepperoni lovers 1/2 cheese. He tried to tell me that this would just be a regular pepperoni pizza. ?) I had to wait over 30 min for the pizza to be remade. When I asked for a partial refund I was told the manager had just left and they aren’t allowed to give refunds. I was told the manager would call me the next day. I received no call. I filled out a survey and explained my frustration and still received no response.

We used the party room to celebrate a birthday! We ordered our pizza ahead with the mobile app so it would all be ready once we got there. The pizza, wings, pasta and breadsticks were ready on time and delicious. Our server was very attentive and when we went to find out how many were working she told us three total. I couldn’t believe the service we had while she was busy making sure the rest of the patrons were taken care of. Best service we have had in a very long time. Will definitely be going back!
Kid-friendliness: This party was for a five year old. Cousins/siblings ages range from 10 months to 17 years olds.
The wings we ordered were RAW. One bite was all it took for me to realize that it wasn’t right and the inside was completely pink. Not only that, but the computers were down, and the manger said that our meal was on the house. Only to find that they charged my card later that night. Pizza was good and the workers were nice, but everything else was terrible.

The food was what you'd expect. I'm leaving 5 stars because our server (the name on the ticket was Shya) was outstanding. She was busy taking orders, bringing food and bussing tables, but she gave us lots of attention. Crucially, she was wonderful to our 2-year old from beginning to end. Tried her best to make sure everyone was happy. (I left a really nice tip, but for some reason my father-in-law grabbed some of it before we left. Sorry! Your tip was supposed to be much better.)
