Pressed the red button and then sat there while they got the orders for those who came after me and even brought them their food before ever even getting my order, it's been getting slower and slower, they need to hire more people

It was 8:20pm and there were two workers in the back ignoring all customers who were in their spots trying to order.
Sat there for 15 minutes with the button pressed. Everyone left because no one would take their order.
You can see the two workers hiding in the back. They had their phones and earbuds on.

Good food most of the time but make sure you check your bag before you leave, they often don’t provide sauces
Just had a drive thru drink. The young man was nice to bring my drink out as their was a line! I didn't have to wait.

Joshua took my order over the speaker and got my order wrong. I ordered a number 1 cheese plain ketchup only, med fry, med Dr pepper, and a bacon cheese burger ketchup and mayo only, mozz sticks with ranch, med Dr pepper. He made the bacon cheese burger a super sonic (double burger) and when I got the burger it didn't even have bacon on it, no napkins or mints in the bag. The car hop was a nice young lady,very polite, can't remember her name wish I could

I agree with the “circus” comment. My last 3 orders were made wrong. Don’t use the app. It is guaranteed your order will be wrong. I really think they are trying to run all their business off. I don’t order drinks there at all.
