Terrible service waited almost 30mins after ordering food just to be told that they "thought" I left so they canceled my order. Then after reordering waited 10 minutes while people who orderee after me were getting their food I just left.Calling in to speak to a manager or anybody else just got me hung up on and I ended up having to call corporate just to speak to anyone about what had happened. Now I have to wait for someone to get back to me all while I have a pending charge for the food I ordered.!!!!Do not order from this location at all cost if you can avoid it!!!!

Ordered 2 blasts and a PB milkshake with bacon. While placing my order the attendant would speak over me. When order was brought to the vehicle I noticed one of the blast had the wrong topping and the attendant came out and remade item with a visible attitude. It was then noticed that the milkshake had a topping in a side container instead of blended into the shake. I asked attendant and he stated that he was very busy and I would have to put it in the shake myself and walked back inside. Pushed the button to try to have issue corrected and no one responded.This is horrible customer service. $18 for 3/3 items made incorrectly.

They messed our order up again. Ordered chicken strip combo and just the chicken strips and no tots or fries came. Called them back and they ignored me and never corrected order. After another 40 minutes I left and will not return.

Good fast service! The tip portion of paying with a card was down and my car hop was very cool and understanding. I did end up finding cash in my car and tipped her. She was grateful! Several stalls were having the same issue so she hadn't been receiving tips. Remember tips are the base of their checks! Good upbeat attitudes with great food!
Around 3pm today pulled in to a stall to order pushed red button and no one took our order. Waited about 20 minutes and left! Never went to a restaurant and couldn't get service! This is absolutely terrible and unacceptable! You guys shouldn't be allowed to operate if you can't do any better than that! I wasn't the only car that didn't get waited on on Thursday! Absolutely horrible! I had to go somewhere else to eat! Thanks for nothing!!!

Definitely watch out at this sonic, for starters buddy took 7-10 min to walk inside to get 7$ change so we just ended up leaving because we were running late, also asked for no ice and got ice, and no straw. Bun was also soggy. Would have overlooked it all if he hadn't hid inside for 10 minutes with our

They finally got decent staff that work at the Valley Center, KS Sonic. The only recommendation I'd give the company is to allow you to take off the tortilla for the burritos on the app. It actually has an option to select no tortilla but the app won't let you select it.

I just want to let everyone know all your complaints are valid. The people who work here are meth addicts 90% of them. They don't care about anything, they purposely make you wait for your food Ive seen them do it so many times. God forbid you tell them they messed up your order or that the food is too cold. They will literally make you wait half an hour just to bring out the same food that they put in the microwave. Sober up sonic staff! Get some sleep!?

Had a great and kind server named Alora. We accidentally spilled one of the coffee cups and she took it back to get it fixed. The people around us were kind and our order came quick. The one thing I would change is less ice in the drinks. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant.
