I was at the Sonic Drive-in in Newton Ks on S. Washington road. I pulled up to one of the stalls pressed the red button and I sat there and waited 10 minutes and no one answered the call. So I called the Sonic Drive-in on my cell phone and told the employee what stall I was in and my name and said I have been waiting for 10 minutes and I am not happy. He said we have no confirmation for you and I said I pressed the red button and no one answered the call. He said I'm sorry ma'am I will bring it right out to you now. He brought it out to me and he said I asked everyone and they all said no. I told him what I did and that no one answered, he said no one I said no one. I'm sorry ma'am. Then I got my food from him and I left. I'm still not happy and Sonic just lost three customers

Don't go here unless you want cold asf Fry's that have more than likely been sitting for who knows how long, cause that's what you'll get. Been here a number of times and every single time the Fry's are old.

Tues night(half price burgers) no one working knew this but the customer. Watched an ad on TV today, shows the sm shake on the 1.99 menu, was charged 3.79, charged 5.09 for a single hamburger( not half price), and charged regular price for the a second burger, neither burger prepared the way requested. When I called them, she argued with me, telling me they gave me the "wrong receipt", and that is my fault how??? She claims I never told her they were dressed wrong, no pickles, no ketsup, and that I would have to wait 5 days for my refund. I'm surevthey will wait 5 days for the next customer to pay for their order, not! That Sonic is going to go the same way the Dairy Queen here in town went ?

I order a super sonic cheeseburger. Should have checked it before eating biting into it. Just have my mouth on fire because the person that put together the burger thinking it would be funny to put jalapeños on my burger! I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

Always great food. Drive thru can get a little slow but you get fresh food right off the grill. Worth the wait
Currently under renovation, so Drive Thru wasn't open, and there was lots of construction on site. However, our food was delivered promptly and with great customer service.
