Staff was rude when I sat down to order from my app telling me that I had to order something if I was going to use their lobby. No one else was in the lobby. We were meeting someone. I would thi k that the staff would be happy that we gelt safe in their store. Not the case I felt unwelcome.

I'm a local college student and it's nice to have somewhere open late! Coffee is always delicious, but the real blessing is the employees! All of the baristas are kind and wonderful and super nice. It makes a great atmosphere :)

I made a joke to an employee and he laughed but his co worker decided it wasn’t funny and yelled at me for 2 minutes until I finally drove off and when I took a drink of my lemonade i realized he put coffee in it. Weather the jokes funny or not in customer service that’s unexceptional behavior
