Service is okay. I had high expectations with it being a Starbucks, but I’ve found I have to explain how to make my drink (what I find to be a simple request) every time I go. It’s a grande caramel mocha frapp with just caramel drizzle on top. Nothing special. But because there is a button for a caramel frapp and a button for a mocha frapp, it apparently is very difficult for some to figure out how to key it in. ??‍♀️ there is one barista, Mariah, that NAILS it every...
