Called here 7ntimes today and noone answers after ten minutes thenphonte picks up andnhangs uo. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING AT THIS TYPE OF JOB. THEY JUST DONT GIVE A WHOOT ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR SERVICE

Ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap, the guy making the wrap started to put bbq sauce on it. I said that it didnt come with bbq sauce, he argued and said it did, but the menu says it didnt. He said he already put it on so he cant just remake it. I know there's a bbq honey chicken. And a regular honey mustard wrap. I was careful with what I ordered and he just wanted to be argumentative about it.

Ordered online for delivery and asked that my sandwiches be heated as toasting makes the bread too hard for me. Got my delivery and both sandwiches were ice cold. Tried calling the store 7 times and each time I waited only to be hung up on without an answer.

I used the drive thru. Had to wait an extremely long time. 15-20 minutes. But the young man did the right thing, he sincerely apologized and gave me 2 cookies for free. I had the roast beef with garlic aoli, and I added smashed avocado ?, it was excellent!

Disappointed with the food. My bread seemed like it was stale. My veggies were mushy. Usually go to the Southside but was taking my husband lunch on the Northside of town. Probably will stick to the other.
