I never write bad reviews but today changed that. The lady making my sandwich didn’t cut my bread all the way through so she used her hand to tear it and took a chunk out of it. Then I asked the other lady doing my toppings if I could get extra olives because she literally put 4 slices on there. She said no. I asked if I could pay for extra because I get they can’t always do that for free. She said no. My sandwich was cold and cheese wasn’t melted even though it was toasted. Both ladies were rude, unfriendly, and had no customer service skills. Sad because I love subway but will not be returning to this location! I went at 12:30 on 8/6/25 for reference!

Don’t expect a quick drive-through at this subway generally with nobody in front of you. It takes about 10 minutes for him to even start your order. I’ve waited as long as 20 minutes..

I can’t tell if this is for a specific SUBWAY® or not. We have had problems with both The north Newton one was out of all bread and out of all beef when we ordered online. We show up to pick it up and are told they don’t have beef. So we said chicken is fine. When we got to the car and opened it it was on flatbread instead of rolls. I took it back in and they said they were out of bread as well. 30 minutes before closing when we ordered and I believe they have all the stuff they just didn’t want to open up more.
