Unmotivated employees. At least 8 cars in drive through all waiting. One Uber Eats lady waiting inside at least 10 minutes and then TB forgot her drinks. Lots of people waiting inside. A lady that had gone thru the drive through came in and said her order had been shorted two items. A man came in and said he had been waiting in the drive through lane for 20 minutes and he hadn't moved. He cancelled his order. We ordered inside and waited 27 minutes for 2 items. I was in a vehicle and observed a male in a black t-shirt with a long black ponytail walk to the liquor store next door and buy a bottle. My husband was inside and said he was an employee. I wish I had taken a picture. I love Taco Bell but you've lost me as a customer at this location. I will be contacting corporate and the management.

This is the slowest taco bell everrrrr. The people are nice but you won't be hungry by the time you finally get your food. Save your patience and order at LEAST 30-40 minutes ahead of time online or go somewhere else 😂🌮🌯

You could go sit down and eat somewhere for how long it takes to get your food. There is never anyone to greet you at the counter. Honestly been this way a long time. They should really call it quits they just can't get it together.

This was some of the worst taco bell good I've ever had, well what there was of food, our 4 taco shells were all crushed and there was only meat in two of them and just barely enough to cover the bottom of the taco shells the others had same amount of meat one had cheese and the other had lettuce none we're made properly and the combo burrito was just a thin layer of beans with very very lil cheese, no meat. This is a place we won't be back to, it's just as bad as the one in Hays KS

Extremely slow service... Waited outside for 10 minutes but the drive-thru line never moved. We decided to go inside hoping it would be faster. No chance... as it took 30 minutes to get our food after taking 10 mins to just check in. For that 10 minutes no one was running the front register.
Orders were getting passed out but the person working the front had no idea who they were for. At one point I was told a door dash order was mine but quickly seen it was someone else's order.
The two tacos I got were smashed and the shells were soggy. Lucky my daughters food was okay.
Been door dashing this store for 5 years. Tonight Fred let me know that DOOR DASH ORDERS WILL BE PUSHED TO LAST IF SOMEONE WALKS IN OR COMES TO DRIVE THRU. SO IF YOU ORDER ONLINE AND I ARRIVE ON TIME IT DOESNT MATTER CAUSE FRED SAID NEW GM HAD IT REWIRED AND NEW SYSTEM THAT AUTOMATICALLY PUTS DASH ORDER TO THE END OF ORDERS NO MATTER WHEN THEY RECIEVE IT OR HOW LONG THE DRIVER HAS BEEN WAITING NO WONDER EVERYONE THAT MADE THIS PLACE RUN SMOOTHLY FOR YEARS HAVE LEFT. I generally like taco bell. But not here. The reviews ain't kidding or exaggerating. 45 minute wait time and counting right now in drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me. Food is always C- or worse. Pretty sure this place is just a money laundering front.
