Extremely slow service... Waited outside for 10 minutes but the drive-thru line never moved. We decided to go inside hoping it would be faster. No chance... as it took 30 minutes to get our food after taking 10 mins to just check in. For that 10 minutes no one was running the front register.

Orders were getting passed out but the person working the front had no idea who they were for. At one point I was told a door dash order was mine but quickly seen it was someone else's order.

The two tacos I got were smashed and the shells were soggy. Lucky my daughters food was okay.

Worst Taco Bell experience I had in some time.

Been door dashing this store for 5 years. Tonight Fred let me know that DOOR DASH ORDERS WILL BE PUSHED TO LAST IF SOMEONE WALKS IN OR COMES TO DRIVE THRU. SO IF YOU ORDER ONLINE AND I ARRIVE ON TIME IT DOESNT MATTER CAUSE FRED SAID NEW GM HAD IT REWIRED AND NEW SYSTEM THAT AUTOMATICALLY PUTS DASH ORDER TO THE END OF ORDERS NO MATTER WHEN THEY RECIEVE IT OR HOW LONG THE DRIVER HAS BEEN WAITING
NO WONDER EVERYONE THAT MADE THIS PLACE RUN SMOOTHLY FOR YEARS HAVE LEFT. But to say something that ludicrous as if I dont door dash Wichita also and know many managers. Apparently Tyler wasnt in .. and Fred says thats how he does it too
ID LIKE TO SEE COMPANY REPLY TO THIS REVIEW AND TELL ME IF THAT IS CORRECT NEW SYSTEM PROCEDURE. CAUSE IF IT IS THEN US DASHERS NEED TO LET DOOR DASH KNOW!

Update march 26th 556 pm YEP GUTLY WORKING COUNTER SAID MY TWO ORDERS HAVE BEEN PUSHED BACK AND WILL BE LAST GOING OUT. TGIRTY MINUTE WAIT OR LONGER. BEEN HERE 10 MINUTES AND THAT HAPPENED BEFORE DRIVE THRU FILLED UP

Waited in the drive through like for almost 55 minutes before we got to the window and only 4 total cars in front of me, to pick up a mobile order.

The wait is always long and the person running the window always looks stoned..

The inside was filthy. The employees had the music real loud and were just talking and not doing anything. Pop machine was out of most of the pops. Gross I will never go back.

I generally like taco bell. But not here. The reviews ain't kidding or exaggerating. 45 minute wait time and counting right now in drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me. Food is always C- or worse. Pretty sure this place is just a money laundering front.

10 out of 10 guaranteed to ruin your experience by either a 30 to 45 minute wait in their drive-through or they forget something or mess up your order. Guaranteed every single time. Every time we order through DoorDash we end up getting a refund because they forgot to add something or leave an ingredient off or forgot food entirely. The store is a disaster And apparently the job is just too hard to do because they always screw something up

This store is consistently terrible. Always out of key items, never having main dinner items after a certain time. This store also consistently messes up my orders. My advice would be to go to Taco Tico up the road. Wait times are a little long but they're always consistent in the kitchen.

When you have to wait 45 minutes for fast food. It ain't fast and it ain't worth the wait. The people working there were very nice. Explain. They only had three people on staff. The problem is this isn't the second time this has happened or third it's the FIFTH. Management needs to get their crap together.

If I could give them a 0 I would we did an online order we got there and was missing a meal ( the new chicken nugget meal). And they said they had discontinued, but it was still on the website. We asked for a refund and they said they “don't know how”. Then we didn’t get cheese on our chalupas and more than half of it was lettuce. They also gave us a half full slush (in the pics below) but at that point we were just ready to leave, And no straws either.

It seems like your faster for completing doordashes then handling customers in your drivethrough. I waited over 30 minutes, and finally ordered but the line still wasn't hardly moving. They really need to get more help or shut-down the lobby and focus more on drive-thru. I went to Wendys drive-thru and got in and out in under 5 minutes!

The Taco Bell in newton is the worst one I've ever been to and consistently holds that record. Either your order is wrong or the food is really old. I can’t believe a district manager or even the local owner doesn’t try and fix this. Tonight was no different. Tacos less than half filled. No sauce given and the nacho fries were obviously so old they were hard. Every single one. Not burnt just super stale. McPherson an park city locations CRUSH the newton location both on quality and speed
