Wait time is insane spending 30 mins in drive thru for fast-food is crazy. You ask them for 1 sauce and they have a irritated voice that they have to go and get your a sauce. I dont know what you got for management but it needs to improve or you'll start loosing business.

I absolutely love taco rice and have been an addict for it for 30 years. This location has nose dived since an obvious change in management. Its dirty, employees consistently look dirty. Went through the drive through shortly after open, staff already outside smoking even with long lines inside and out. staff member looked like he rolled out of bed, scruffy unkempt hair and facial hair, oversized basketball shorts and loafers with no socks. It was very off putting. Hygiene and attire are crucial in food service. I started using the drive through because the lobby is always filthy with no clean tables. please dont ruin the only fast food place I actually like. i hope management steps up.

Not too many taco ticos left in mid Kansas, but this one's pretty good. It's a clean facility and they get your food out quickly. They still have an open drive thru and not disappointed with the quality of their food food. I will continue to visit this place on a regular basis until it either closest or something happens.
