Take some pride in your work! Old fries, old chicken sandwich. Given a baconator jr instead of baconator. Broke down soda. 1 nice attentive staff the rest not so much. Won't be back

The past few times I’ve gone they’ve screwed something up. I know, I know, why keep going? I keep thinking “surely they don’t screw up like that ALL the time, right?” Last time I went I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger. I get all the way home. PLAIN. Literally just bread, cheese, and a patty. This time I go, I order two saucy nugget meals. NO FRIES. And this was after I waited almost 15 minutes so they could make the food fresh, then the food wasn’t even hot, just kinda warm. So if you do go to this location, CHECK EVERY ITEM IN YOUR BAG.
Everytime I come to this restaurant I get sick afterwards. I won't be back!

Worst wendys I've ever been to. My wait to order was over 10 mins and then after waiting for my food it was cold I threw it out. They need to revamp their staff asap.

Took SOOOOOO freaking long with no-one else here to make our food we waited for over 30 minutes for 3 sandwhiches and a chicken wrap

I'm giving this location a 5 based solely on the excellent customer service. We visited the drive thru pretty much during an upcoming snowstorm, and this was pretty much the only place open. I'm sure the employees wished they were at home and safe with their families but instead had to work. Attitudes were great, very cheerful and friendly and food was good. We were thankful for them being open and dedication to their job. I hope management appreciates the workers who were there this Saturday night.
