I'm giving this location a 5 based solely on the excellent customer service. We visited the drive thru pretty much during an upcoming snowstorm, and this was pretty much the only place open. I'm sure the employees wished they were at home and safe with their families but instead had to work. Attitudes were great, very cheerful and friendly and food was good. We were thankful for them being open and dedication to their job. I hope management appreciates the workers who were there this Saturday night.

Had an issue with a recent order. They ran out of chili. I asked to swap my chili cheese baked potato for a Dave's single. Needed some kind of protein. They refused my delivery driver the swap. Didn't feel like an outrageous request given the circumstances.

All of our food was in one bag four sandwiches and three fries jammed in one bag
The food was delicious and the staff friendly enough but it took awhile to get waited on and there was only one other person in the restaurant . No, the drive through wasn't busy.

The last 2 times my order has been messed up, this last time was the worst, raw bacon, terrible staff, 4 people standing outside, I show up and everyone shuffled back in, most unenthusiastic crew I've seen at any fast food place, maybe start looking to hire people who aren't going to potentially get someone sick because of their incompetence and negligence to cooking food, to the 4 people standing outside when I came through, yall should be fired...

I have never been to a Wendy’s that didn’t screw my order up, including this one. Service was great and I love the burgers. When I complained about my messed up order they gave me a free combo. They would get a 5★ review if they didn’t screw up my order, more than once.
