I never have a problem here aside one night they didn't have soap in the bathroom but they were busy when i went in so I am sure they had just been to busy. Nothing to complain about. Not all places have the staff they need sometimes. The young man Matt there is very colorful and sure brightens up the place. I enjoy seeing him when i come in. Tough location to review as visits tend to be hit, or miss depending on the day. Usually the best prices on fuel in Norton. Several visits I've found that one, if not both of their inside payment terminals are experiencing technical difficulties (swipe not working, cash only, etc), so keep an eye out for handwritten signs about payment for your visit.Usually very clean retail area and pump area. I travel through Norton quite often and always stop. I admit it is sometimes hit and miss on some of the other comments. I will say this for the staff though, over the last few months I have seen a group of people that are friendly thoughtful and very helpful at times. I spoke to many of them at different times and they all seem to genuinely want to please the customers. The gas is cheap, the coffee is strong and the breakfast burritos are on point!
