Part 1The place was very nice and clean! Delicious food good price! But, the waitress service was terrible! I wanted some shrimp tacos alone and he reluctantly told me NO!! I asked him what he would show me the tacos on the menu and he told me, "there's the menu" I told him I'm just passing by and this is the first time I've seen this place please show me and he said "oh I'm busy"I had to raise my voice and only then did he help me! I was overreacting to work!! Even in the way he spoke to the other employees! Because of her, I didn't like the last time when I travel this direction I arrive here.

I’m very tired of the boss being so unprofessional. I miss Charlie working here every time I’ve ordered and it is her. She is so rude because she doesn’t understand English which is not my fault if you’re gonna run a business in the middle of Kansas, I would expect you to understand your customers as I am very patient and respectful, Every time I have to have a bunch of people in my facility who don’t speak English. I am very understanding and patient and I’m very tired of this woman as the boss of this facility being so unprofessional, if you can’t speak English put somebody on the phone who can I just wanted 6 hard beef and 6 hard shrimp and she is going “oh my god” over the phone like I’m the one who doesn’t understand basic English.

Lad Canteras is always great food in a beautiful establishment with excellent service. I recommend this location for a nice sit-down family meal or date.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu with both Mexican and American dishes. They have booster seats and high chairs. This restaurant really does care about serving the whole family.
I have celiac disease. I went to their website and there's a section where you can send them a message. I sent them a message asking if they had any gluten free entrées. My message was ignored, so I waited a couple of weeks and sent another one. That one was also ignored. So I called and asked the person who answered the phone if they had any gluten free entrées. They said, "I don't know". Then... silence. Wow. I wanted to ask if they could find out, but the response was so rude and lacking in basic social skills that I decided to not eat there.

The food was awesome!! The waiter was very polite and had a very beautiful smile not just at the table but it was nice to see someone smiling for a change ppl look miserable now days no matter where they are or what they are doing they look so unhappy!!! Him smiling just made u want to smile too!! Most servers do not have good attitudes or even care to act like they are happy and they are not attentive to their customers... Service was on point that's for sure and I can't remember how name but the smile u will know it's him!!! Great job guys we loved the food!!! I seen so many things on the menu I will be going back to try them all!!!

My boyfriend took a fingernail out of his mouth after taking a bite of his meal, we alerted staff to the situation and instead of any kind of apology we were told that he was lying. They threatened to look at the cameras (we advised they do so) and about 30 seconds later we were told to leave. We were treated with hostility over something that was their fault and will not be returning.

I remember this place but never could remember the name if u want super cold food with no flavor and poor service this is your place...I get times are tough however I also used to work in the food industry u leave us like this we will never come back we didn't even get menus or silverware til over 8 mins of sitting there that's when we asked for them n still remained unattended to for another close to 10 mins so we just ordered what every Mexican restaurant has to go like tacos rice beans enchiladas etc.....took me a while to eat Mexican again after that I'm sorry for the bad review but I'm honest.
