Pretty good food, but the mobile ordering is never on so I can never use the rewards or happy hour. I Literally havent been able to order online for the last 3+ months because they never have it on. I'll raise my rating if they ever decide to turn on mobile ordering again.

Worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. My food got thrown into my bag. You could tell they don’t clean there deep fryers. Lady was smoking on the job handing out food to other people!!! Worst food I’ve ever had. Never come here!!💯💯💯

Didn't even wait around for the food. Service was awful and atmosphere worse. Not sure what possesses somebody to get on the speaker at a *fast food* place and tell them it's gonna be 10 minutes before their order is taken. Won't be spending another penny at this worthless location.

Every time I go there the doors are always locked so I can never go inside and sit and eat with my family, this time I went it was a rainy, gloomy day and I went to a stall and they asked me to go through drive thru because it was "unsafe" to be outside! I have worked at a few sonics in my life! We delivered to stalls in a blizzard if that's what it took. If I wanted to go through drive thru I would have done that in the first place. I will not go back to this place...

I've had nothing but headaches with this location. 3 times now I've placed orders, it shows on screen the progress *when they're actually working * and then suddenly it's cleared as coming out and then nothing. I've had to push the button after lengthy waits to find out where my order is. It's like someone is clearing the order before it's complete. I usually stop daily on my way to work. Unfortunately I wont be able to continue to risk being late because of the issues. I live 2 blocks from this location and will just start stopping at quick trip which is out of my way. Your screens are becoming about like McDonald's ice cream machines.

Order online pulled up to stall to get my order log in no problem but my number of stall 30 min later still no food had to knock on the doors till someone came out to figure out what was going on

Great outdoor eating space. Clean restrooms. Order was okay, but the chicken sandwich was very grislty and overdone.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ample space for access in outdoor dining space.
Ok the service was fast but the food was oily like very old cooking oil like previous reviewers. The frys and onion rings were oily and tasted bad as if cooked to long or oil is old. I'm not use to cut up lettuce also as this is my first time eating at sonic vs Wendy. Your only choices of fast food in norton though is subway or sonic, you got pizza hut but I don't consider it fast food.

I was that person to arrive 10 minutes before closing time due to working a later shift but the staff was so friendly and ready to fix me a quick meal! I think Serenity took my order and Zach gave my my food. My food was fresh and made exactly like I asked ( which it is every time!) Tia Paxton has done such an amazing job and has wonderful staff!
