Dawn and one other coworker were getting ready to close for the night on July 20. They had 9 min before closing. Me and a friend walked in to eat dinner they made us feel right at home them two are amazing. I want to thank you for the amazing service that you provided. Again, thank you very much for your time. Norton's Subway is a great place, the staff are friendly, the location is clean (with the exception of the ceiling vents need a good scrubbing). The food is good and I only have 1 complaint, the teriyaki in the sweet onion sauce is disgusting, and needs to be removed, plus I am allergic to teriyaki sauce. I really like the sweet onion without teriyaki.

I stopped at 2:30 in the afternoon to get a sandwich. It didn't appear to be any employees the restaurant however, there was an employee outside smoking. They watched me walk in and they watched me walk out, and drive next-door to Sonic.

Went it for one of my favorites, the #8. The attendant was a sweetheart. She was alone but kept her cool and a smile. Treated us in line like first class. My sub was made to order and it was perfect! Kudos to this subway.

Service was great but my sandwich had meat that tasted extremely old. I took one bite and nearly lost my lunch ... Literally! I had the philly cheese steak ... GROSS! MY HUBBY'S SANDWICH WAS PERFECT! HE HAD THE CLUB SANDWICH.DID I SEND IT BACK? NOT ON YOUR LIFE! I JUST THREW IT AWAY. ... Don't get the philly cheese steak!

Salad and tea were both watery. Salad was almost all iceberg lettuce and was 2.99 more than a sandwich. I normally love subway salads for their freshness and lots of veggies. Has subway gone downhill or just this location?
