Was middle of the night when we stopped so it was slow and we had 3 wait staff taking care of.. although that wasn't necessary, it was kind to know they weren't letting it all fall on one person and kept us feeling super taken care of!! FOOD was great too ? ?!

My dinner was great, my wife's was awful. The waitress was fantastic. I ordered breakfast for dinner and it was perfect. My wife ordered a T-Bone dinner and it was overdone on the outside but raw on the inside. Conclusion: Always order breakfast at IHOP regardless of the time.

Please bring back a local restaurant to this space. Mittens has been a great place to eat for 40 years until I Hop. Everything about I Hop is a disappointment. The quality of the food is low, service is slow because there were only 3 servers during lunch. This is not the Mittens it used to be.
We like IHOP and it was good as usual. This one was between Colorado Springs and Lenexa Kansas and was in a large gas station/travel center. The folks that work there were uncommonly friendly and kind. Again, the food was good as you would expect but the people were amazing.

10 min wait to be seated. Was just me dinning. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry. Ordered a side of yellow and green beans. Came out all green and dry and chewy. Another 10 min wait for server to come get the money. This used to be a good place to eat.

Our road trip found us in Oakley needing gas and food. We spent over 75 minutes here. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Three servers, perhaps a dozen patrons. Our server was friendly and apologetic. After ordering, waited twenty minutes for food. Spinach, offered as a side, came out fresh, not sauted, or cooked or as a salad? What? Even surprised the server. Ok mac and cheese to replace side of spinach. Meal nearly completed before boxed mac and cheese arrived. BLT served without L (lettuce) what? Surprised server. The lettuce mix on the crispy chicken salad should have been trashed two days ago; server apologized once again for not noticing. Do I see a pattern here? So not a good beginning, not a good meal, not a reason to return.
