My boyfriend and I stopped in coming through hays to go back to college. It took them 10 minutes to seat us and they were not very nice, sat us at a dirty table. 30 minutes pass by and our server was running around to every table around us and seemed to either be ignoring us or extremely busy, though none of the other tables even had drinks yet. Around 45 minutes she finally came over to us and said “what do you guys want” mind you we hadn’t even ordered drinks yet. I ordered my drinks first and then the sirloin steak and eggs with chocolate chip pancakes, my boyfriend ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with pancakes. Another 15 minutes go by and we finally get our drinks. About another 20 minutes and finally we got our food which was COLD. My boyfriend’s gravy was nasty and looked like it had been sitting there for a while. The server forgot my pancakes and I was not about to ask for her to make them because I didn’t want to be stuck there any longer. This isn’t the first time I’ve been in here and service was not great.

Saturday 8/23…Sure will!! (IHOP owner). 45-60 minutes from Goodland and right off I-70 at the travel center make it very easy to get to. Saturday 8/23…Had a meal at the IHOP in Oakley. Service was great!! Michael (Mikey) was great, very friendly and attentive

Delicious food and the staff was amazing! Everyone was very busy, and so friendly! The highlight of our visit was getting to have a nice chat with Chad on the way out as he was wiping down the windows in the breezeway. Thanks for keeping the place nice and clean! My only complaint is that I feel like I couldn't possibly tip enough for this incredibly attentive staff! If I ever hit the lotto, y'all are getting a good chunk! 😂 Thank you again, Oakley IHOP! You're awesome!

Very nice kind and friendly staff. It was busy, but the service was quick. Our host was taking very good care of us. The service was a bit slow as the food took a bit of time to come, but it was fresh and as expected. Had a nice time there. Located in such a small city this ihop will not disappoint you

THE WORST! I put a to go order in and she told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived and waited 20 minutes because she said the gravy was still cold??? She came back 5 minutes later and the plastic container holding the gravy was melted but the gravy was barely luke warm. $8.50 for terrible food and service? Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I don’t understand how they are in business.
Excellent attentive service. Food was delicious, but maybe a tad on the small proportions side. Restaurant was quite cold, but I climatized to it. It was a good experience.
