We were sat instantly. It took us an hour to get our food! It was NOT busy! Our food came out COLD. The waitress was very rude. A guy ordered online and was waiting on his food and we watched the cook with her bare hands took fries off of another plate and put them in his To go container! When we asked for our check the waitress told us she could not help us.

Looked like they were short staffed and manager was talking inappropriately to the only waitress there. If I were her, I would of walked out, but she continued to work. Felt sorry for her.

Poor and slow service. Had to ask for our seats to be cleaned where we were sat. Took 10 minutes to bring drinks.Saw a man wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. The place was not busy . Biscuits and gravy were not good. Cinnamon bun crepes were good. Had to ask for our ticket, then wait a few minutes for our server to bring it so we could pay. She never checked on us during the meal. Overall slow and poor service, definitely will not stop here again.

I was purposely ignored to be seated for about 5 minutes.Then two white men get in and get seated right away. I asked the guy why they went first and he said he didn’t see me. I have visited the restaurant five times and this is the third time being mistreated. There was three waiters and four occupied tables. The saw me standing up front the whole time similar to previous times. I honestly thought I misread the situation past two times. The lady that was in charge kept cutting me off and said, “are you going to be seated.” 12/23/23 ( 6:30 pm) be careful my fellow truckers.

Ordered online. Steak tips mid well and eggs with American cheese and a crispy hash brown with pancakes. Best meal I’ve had all week. Was ready at said time. All condiments and utensils in the bag. Quick and friendly service when I went to pick up. Perfect in every way!
