They are very slow and they don’t get order right. I drive by here regularly and I would advise people to avoid this sonic if they want a fast order. I ordered a hamburger with no cheese and got a meat patty!

waited 20 minutes to receive cold food. my limeades wernt lime at all as I received sprite with limes wedges on top. my cherry limeade was sprite with to much cherry juice both were mostly ice . not pleased at all what a waste of time money and at this point effort

Intended to eat here and decided to go in so we could use the restroom first. The facility was so disgusting when we walked in. Smelled like sewer and had debris and maybe even mold on the flooring near the walls. Decided to eat next door instead

We went to sonic and waited 10 minutes in drive through with no one in front of us and two people behind us and was honking our horn to let them know we was there and no one would take our order. Then after the two people behind us left because they got tired of waiting we drove up to the window to get served and sat there for another 5 minutes waiting to be helped and the employees where walking by us and looking at us (there was no one else at sonic for them to serve just us) so I honked the horn to get served and the girl came asked asked us what be needed and we told her we was waiting in line and she got mad and told us she didn’t hear us so she couldn’t help us so we told her what we wanted and she kept adding stuff to our order we didn’t say we wanted eventually she got the order right and we got our food. When we started eating the ice cream (large cookie doe blast) we realized that she only put the cookie doe on the top of the ice cream and not in it and it wasn’t standard amount and then we got a large root beer float and they used water with a little bit of root beer in it. Needless to say we are calling corporate for this incident!

Waited in drive thru to place my order for 10 min at the order post. Everyone in front of me had their order and were done so I pulled up to the window thinking they we having tech issues. I was told I couldn't place my order there and would have to drive around and get back in line. Nope. You just lost my business.

Slowest Sonic ever. The staff in the back spent forever chit chatting. They finally gave me my food, and it was cold, not even warm. 33 minutes between ordering and getting the remade food, with not even a hint of an apology.
Went inside to order. Several of us were waiting in line to have our orders taken. They walked by us time and time again. I finally got mad after waiting 20min in line. Just for them to come out and say that they were not taking orders. Because they had people in the drive through. Never in my life have I heard of refusing customers because you had other orders. Finally they took my order. Took them FOREVER to get it out to me.
The floors were disgusting as well and the food was nothing greater than a SONIC hamburger.
Do not stop here unless you have 2 spare hours.
