Here’s the caveat: I eat a ton of fast food and it takes a lot for me to rate a fast food place at all. People don’t have an appreciation for the food and leave bad reviews that aren’t warranted…This experience was special, and not in a great way, which is why I’m compelled to review.My wife, newborn, and sister were driving back to Denver from a trip to visit family in Kansas. We grabbed some food at this Sonic and took the drive thru because we were eager to get back on the road. We ordered a #1 without onion, a grilled cheese with fries, and a corn dog with tots. After 20 minutes and multiple cars behind us getting served, we got our food. My burger had onions on it and was lukewarm like it had been left out for about the time we’d been waiting. Normally when it takes this long, we’d at least get an apology or recognition of the fact it took a while. Not this time. All in all, I would’ve expected at least a hot burger, recognition of the inconvenience, and perhaps a shorter wait, but must have expected too much. Next time, we’ll wait to stop at McDonald’s or the Oasis on the Plains in Colby.

We had a pretty run-of-the-mill order. The only special request was no onions on the burger. We went to the drive-thru and waited 20 minutes while watching the trucks behind us get their orders first? And the food was lukewarm when we finally got it. Oh, and there were onions on the burger.

Do not stop here. Gross gross gross! We waited about 5 minutes for our food at the window thinking that might be a sign they were making our order fresh. Hell no. Tots hard as a rock and cold. Cheeseburger tastes like the patty was cooked several days ago and warmed. Breaker steak sandwich the same cold hard and I'll tasting. Not to mention flies flies flies. Seriously about 15-20 were landing on our car why we waited!I give places the reviews they deserve and unless you are on the verge of starving and contemplating eating bugs don't waste your money!

Super nice staff and very clean - the first indoor sonic I’ve eaten at. The staff was knowledgeable about allergies (my daughter has celiac) and they took safety precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Very good food!

In line about 8:50 pm to buy food. We were very hungry. The driver of the car two cars up took a while to place his order. When we got to the order speaker the female employee said sorry we are closed now. I explained we were already in line before the 9 pm closing time. SHE REFUSED TO TAKE OUR ORDER!!!

They forgot half of our order, the guy bringing us our order was rude to us, they messed up our drinks. It also took them 40 minutes to bring us our food and drinks. Drinks were also melted.
