The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was great! The veggies were the best looking I have seen at any Subway!!
I think they are renovating, which is why I gave them less for atmosphere.

This is the best subway I’ve been to in a while and my experience was twice this week as I was driving to and from my destination. The food looked soo fresh and the staff made the food very close to subway “recipe” amounts when ingredients are requested. Cert good experience

The food was fine. The server or the person making my sandwich looked as if I was bothering them to give them my order. They looked irritated to add cheese to my sandwich and then also irritated when I said yes when they asked if I wanted a cookie. I would have gone for the deal of three cookies at a better price but with rolling eyes and acting like I'm an inconvenience left it as it was.

My family and I had stopped in to eat as we were passing through yesterday 9/2/25. We had just driven from Arkansas on our way home to Colorado Springs stopping only for gas so we were tired and hungry. Subway seemed to be the better option over sonic or whatever is next door. It was about dinner time and it wasn’t busy so I don’t understand the treatment. There was a tall heavy set gentleman with reddish hair working the bread area and an older short heavy set guy working the veggie section and a younger slim guy working behind the scenes. The tall heavy set guy was extremely rude!!! We had 6 6 inch sandwiches all very easy. He was throwing the meat and cheese on the bread with attitude one slice at a time. When he slid them to the shorter guy he darn near pushed them to the floor. The shorter guy started ringing up the sandwich’s so the taller one had to add the toppings onto the last 3 sandwiches. One of my sons asked for light mayo and chipotle sauce, the tall guy basically squeezed half a bottle onto the 6 inch.
I don’t travel past that spot often I usually take I70 but I definitely WILL NOT go back if he’s there. My kids and I all work fast food and we were applaud by his attitude. If he is not happy with his job, then maybe he needs a new one. My kids and myself all wanted to say something to him, but we did not want to cause a scene. He has a lackluster employee and definitely needs an attitude adjustment or job change. If by chance he’s a manager then god help any other employee under him… HE IS AWFUL!!!

5/18/25 12:52pm absolutely horrible service. First the one starting the sandwich is loudly talking across to the one running the register about bathroom stuff don’t really care to hear about the bathroom when ordering my food. Then the one who took it out of the toaster oven kept talking over us and when told a small about of sauce she covered the sandwich in sauce. The now new guy running the register because the other one apparently went to go do his business in the restroom could not answer any questions mainly because the loud rude one doing the massive amount of sauce wouldn’t be quiet long enough for anyone to be heard. Food was o er toasted making bread hard as a rock saturated in sauce. An absolute waste of $14.42 the cost of one foot long sandwich made completely wrong. Will never stop here again. GROSS!!!!!

Only person that made any gesture of welcome was the guy mopping the floor 2 hours before close. The lady that took my order was extremely RUDE. Had to repeat myself numerous times because the guy mopping was sliding tables across the floor. Will not be going back any time soon.

Quick, easy, consistent with other locations. Healthier than most fast food. (If you aren't watching your waistline, snag a cookie! ?) Staff members were welcoming and pleasant. Two 6" sandwiches and one bag of chips = $20.06.

The guy working in there over lunch is always grumpy and rude every time we go in there. If its that bad man, go find another place to work.
