The most amazing experience that we have had in a restaurant in quite some time. My wife can only eat soft food, so the owner made sure she had a soft and flavorful, if slightly odd dinner, adding au jus to make it the best meal she has had in a week. We were just passing through and decided to go based on other reviews. They treated us like regulars. Oh, get the KC Strip! So much flavor that you don't need anything except a fork and knife.
