I ordered brisket with a bun on the side, also peach cobbler. The brisket was wonderful and will be enough for 2+ meals for me The peach cobbler was still warm when I got back to McCook. It was excellent.

Food is off the hook good! It's addicting! Brisket and pulled pork are so tasty and the sides are excellent. The creamy corn is my favorite as well as the potatoes. Beans and coleslaw are a great choice too! Stop by and say hello! Then you will come back again and again as it is scrumptious!

Reminds me of home. Texas style BBQ in NW Kansas right on Hwy 36. It’s a little takeout place although they do have a couple of picnic tables. Wonderful and friendly family and amazing food. The brisket and pulled pork are as close to perfect as I’ve found since moving out here. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
