YAMI YUMMY OGDEN KS & Fritanga Nicaraguense

We stopped by the truck on Fort Riley Blvd for some late night dinner 2 nights ago, and I was already back today! This food truck is so yummy and has a great selection. The people who work here are super kind, and we just loved the gentleman that was working on Thursday night! Very sweet kid who seems very dedicated to his craft—he just had the greatest service in every way! We stopped by around 9/9:30 and they were out of carnitas and birria, but my partner and I were beyond satisfied (and thrilled!) with our backup choices. I had the asada chimichanga and esquites—both were just amazing! Honestly, potentially the very best chimichanga I’ve ever had. First time I’ve tried esquites but it was so good, I was back 2 days later for more. I’m SO grateful that this place is so close to my house, because I will be back for esquites quite often from now on! It is a bit difficult to find at first, but once you find it the first time, it’ll be easy to get to everytime you’re back. Thank you SO much!

The Torta Cubano was amazing, i couldn't finish it and I'm a pretty big guy. Service was very good as well.

I have eaten at all the Mexican restaurants in Junction City and Manhattan Kansas. This is by far the best Mexican food in the area. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean and has great decor. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This is not the mexican resturant that was here at the beginning. New owner and way overpriced food. I understand they started and still have their food truck.....go back to that. Your prices are too high for what you offer. I can drive 5 minutes into Manhattan and get better authentic Mexican food at a better price.
When a new owner takes over a pre established restaurant, they need to delete all the reviews from the last place and quit fooling people into thinking they are the same...bad juju for business.

I hate leaving bad reviews but, I was so excited because I heard such great things! But unfortunately when I got home and started to devour my food I noticed a weird discolored chunk of queso fresco. When I split it open with my fork it was mold in the middle of the queso fresco chunk. The service was great but this really saddened me. 😕

When it was Mi Rancho- Loved the street tacos! Carna asada and al pastor.

What a great unexpected surprise! Yami yummy! We had the Camarones a la diabla, enchiladas, tacos dorados, chimichangas, esquite, and a repocheta. Everything was delicious. Delicious!

The first time I got food from here it was really one. The second time was not as good. Shrimp tacos barely had any shrimps, and they gave me a Jarito for $5 dollars. Deff not coming back.

Service in the restaurant is very good. Wish they would answer the phone when I don't have time to stay. You make me eat gas station food on those days, and it makes me sad

Really good nachos i prefer the carne asada you really get alot of food for what you pay so you better come ready to eat big....Small dine in area but well worth the stop for great tasting food and when u call in the order its super quick also definitely recommend this place 2 anybody who hasnt given it a try
