Probably the best barbecue that I’ve ever had. If I could’ve left with a bottle of the barbecue sauce I would’ve. You can tell every bit of food is made with true love and care. We went after lunch hour before dinner time and the food still was hot and delicious. Don’t skip the muffins for dessert. Customer service was off the charts, can’t recommend this place enough.

My son, friend, and I just visited this BBQ place by googling restaurants near me while going to the gun show in Ogden. The smile was this first thing I noticed, then the smell hit me. SO DELICIOUS ? Every bit of food we had was wonderful (mind you, we are very picky about our bbq) And yes it was reheated, because we came at 2pm! It tasted fresh off the smoker and DON'T SKIP THE MUFFINS! The people were so sweet! Go get some food guys. We were so glad we did. ❤️
Totally new to the area and at first our team tried “Joes” in Kansas City and were quite disappointed. I then called this place in hopes they would save our trip with some bomb BBQ and that is EXACTLY what they did. Right off the bat we were welcomed with love and the lady knew exactly what to recommend and serve for us. Sweet tea tasted just like the southern sweet tea, meats were tender and full of flavor INCLUDING their sauce, sides were also the best. You can tell everything was homemade and made with love. Thank you guys for giving us an unforgettable experience in Kansas!
Cannot explain how incredible the food and staff are! Honestly such a humble place and you can really tell they put their heart and soul into the food. Definitely recommend the sweet potato pie for dessert! Thank you again for making our bbq top tier and better than anything I’ve ever tried!
Excellent BBQ meats. Pork ribs melt in your mouth. The Hot Links REALLY are HOT. Expected more from the smoked Mac n cheese but it was edible, just didn't wow me like the meats.
Spent over $40 just to watch the lady behind the register heat the food up in the microwave. I mean she literally took the meat and side out of a refrigerator. I was shocked but by then I had already paid and didn’t want to be a hassle. I was expecting my ribs and hot links to come straight off the grill and my sides to be fresh but all they did was give me leftovers. Ribs and hot link was good. I’ve had much better tho and the greens was okay. The potato salad and smoked macaroni was terrible. Smh. Good customer service tho.

This is a mom and pop establishment. You get great food and care from the owners. When you catch a fresh off the smoker brisket it's outstanding. Hot links and ribs are tasty as well. Order the sampler plate if you aren't sure what you want, you get to try all the meats. Did I mention home made sweet potato pie? Corn muffins, green beans and Mac n cheese...
I was excited when I came in before the lunch rush. The atmosphere was everything, all the reviews had said. The lady that greeted me could not have been more nice. The guy comes in from the back with a forked set of ribs and I thought I was home. Unfortunately, the ribs were stuck to the bone pretty good. The sides and service were great.

So, we were planning to try the Korean restaurant next door, but it was closed. And lucky for us! I had the pulled pork sandwich with their house-made honey-mustard bbq sauce, which has always been a favorite of mine. For dessert, warm sweet potato pie was delicious.And the building, dating from 1800, was the best atmosphere.
