I ordered an hour ago and still no delivery. I called and they said it's out for delivery. Call back in 10 min if it's not there. I waited 11 min and called back and they said it still is being prepared for delivery. I ended up canceling my order. I hope no one wastes their time with this store

I have always had problems when placing an order with this Pizza Hut! Whether it’s they are out of most of the items or their equipment is broke or they take about 2 hours to deliver to my house which is about a five minute drive away! I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

FORT RILEY SOLDIERS!!! DO NOT order from them! They'll take over an hour and a half sometimes two and they do not understand the barracks and will leave without delivering your food and say it was your fault! I've dealt with this three consecutive times! IF they say they'll reverse the charge on your card DO NOT believe it! They will take your money plain and simple! Disgusting service!

Pretty upset as this is normally our favorite Pizza Hut in town, but this delivery out pizza must've seen dropped because we opened the box and it was smooshed in half.
The gentleman was sitting by the refrigerators on his phone listening to music. One of the delivery guys passed by me and didn't even greet me. Was never taken care off, so I left without ordering. Horrible customer service.
