when you go in there never is anyone at the counter.If thy do show up once you get your food no one ever gets any drink refills.why dont they just make the drinks self serve so you dont choke to death.And if you try bother them at the tackout counter you offend and bother them.

Osage Pizza Hut is trouble. My niece the other night ordered a sandwich sat. Night, half an hour later she vomiting.
The place is falling down. Bad chairs & benches, bad managers. Mangers & most of the help don’t even look clean. Poorly dressed. Don’t know why Fugate enterprises don’t come in and do something. When pizza hut came to Osage I was one of their first employee. The place was clean, we looked professional . The place was so busy we had build on and add a second ovens. They never get your food right. Our order took an hour and there was only one more table. Then they forgot some of it. They did tickets out of order. This place is a mess. I really wish they would get someone responsible to run the place and clean it up or close it. It is ruining pizza huts name. Conni

Ordered a large 2 topping, stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks. The delivery time and breadsticks were great, but the pizza itself.. not so much. The crust was super thin and flimsy, and it seemed like it wasn't cooked enough. Don't get me wrong. It wasn't raw dough, but it was still super white and it just wasn't crispy like normal.
