This Hut might as well go ahead and close up....had to wait 25 minutes past time to pick up pizza...one was burnt... other one was only half cooked...going to stick with Casey's from now on.

I'm not going to complain, but when someone orders a meat lovers pizza extra cheese with olives and mushrooms and pay for not only a meatlovers pizza but for extra cheese olives and mushroom, to be also on that pizza, then they probably,1. wanted a pizza with Lotz of meat because they love it2. Wanted extra cheese or they wouldn't have ordered it that way and payed for it.3. Wanted a pizza loaded down with topping so much that they requested two additional topping on top of the six different meats that should of been loaded on top of a, MEAT LOVERS pizza.That fresh seal was only remembered to keep me from checking out my pizza before I left the store....which I could not enter.... still.... two towns over I could of sat and dined.I'm not going to start complaining, only Casey's will give you more for less. You don't even have to ask them to hook it up and their pizza weighs twice as much and taste better. I like pizza hut, but I'm not usually ordering from Osage city ks. Wasn't a bad pizza just wasn't even close to what I ordered and nothing about it was extra except for how much they skimped me on toppings, and what I paid for it.

I quit going here because they can't get a pizza out the door in time. Thought I would try it again so we ordered 1 hour early at 530 to have it ready at 630 here it is now 721 finally got my food

Very little toppings, ordered 3 different large pizzas. 1 was supposed to have extra meatballs and bacon, there was hardly 3 meatballs per slice and these were large pizzas. How is that considered extra meatballs? That is just 1 example. Very disappointing

For the fiesta beef pizza offer a taco sauce. It’s good but by itself it’s pretty bland.

I stop eat pizza hut for years because I thought it was gross. This is the 3rd time we order from Osage City, KS pizza hut and it was really good. All our family said really good. Keep up the good work. Wish we could eat inside.
The last order was burnt. Both pizzas and the bread sticks were over cooked. On the bell peppers and onions were black.

My order was supposed to be in Emporia KS. The online map was clear, with a red icon for the Emporia PH. I pushed that and a screen came up, yet my order went to Osage City, which I only realized when it came time to pick up my pizzas in Emporia. I called Osage City PH and the kind woman said my order would be credited back to my credit card. I sincerely hope this happened. Thank you.
