When did they stop using trays? They bring your food out, and if their hands are full, your drinks are lying on their dirty shirts. It used to be that they could not bring anything out without it being on a tray.

Twice this week, I ordered in my mobile app only to get there and be told they didn't have it. Oh sure I was offered something else that wasn't even half of the value of my order. Both times I asked for a refund and the server acted like they weren't sure they could do that. A quick check with the manager and sure enough they can. These kids need to learn if you can't give the customer what they ordered, you can't charge them for it. We have heard rumors that another fast food restaurant may come to town. If it does this restaurant will be in trouble.

Got 4 drinks, waited 18 minutes in drive through at the window and charged 30 dollars. Tgis should of been 20 22 at next nearest sonic. Watched them making icecream and letting the machine splatter cream all over the olace including other employees. They didnt clean the machine between different mixes like milk shake, vs peanut butter blasts and other items. Drove off and everyone said their drinks tasted funny and was not correct, ended up throwing them away.

This place has really went down hill lately. I often stop when visiting osage as there aren't many options in town but the last 4 times have not been that great. Most of the stalls have issues, the food always taste old(my last visit my patties were hard) unless they are sides like mozzarella sticks, the carhops are hit or miss as well as the person taking the order. I never order a sandwich with veggies but always end up with lettuce or onions in my wrapper. Indication is a not very clean work station even during slow times. Sonic is outrageously priced in comparison.

This place does not have consistently good food. Have to order corn dogs well done every time otherwise they're raw in the middle. Ordered a simple breakfast burrito and small tots via app and didn't get my food until 20 minutes later. I hit the red call button but no one ever answered. Finally got my food with no thank you and she didn't give me a receipt. I dread coming here anymore.
