Staff was friendly. Restaurant seemed clean. It is very popular in this town. Could tell by the line at lunchtime.

Came at 8pm a hour before they close, they had the lights off the door locked while they were standing in there, there was no sign saying why they closed early. Truly great service.

We stopped in on Saturday, Oct. 15 after a football game. Sorry I didn't catch her name, but there was one staff member single handedly running the restaurant. I mentioned that she should receive the pay for each position she was filling. She said she was able to come in and hoped to avoid a closure. She calmly, accurately and cheerfully served everyone. Kudos to her obviously superior work ethic. I hope she is appreciated by her employer and patrons.

I travel extensively throughout North American and more time than not, Subway has failed me. I am town to work on a project locally and this location has made me a fan of Subway again. I was in for lunch and the line was ridiculous (10+) and with just two people, they rocked that line (including online orders) out like the 4th of July!Orders on point... check!Food was fresh... check!Service with a smile... check!Didn't break a sweat... check!and these ladies are friendly as all get out. So if you would like to challenge me on this statement "Subway in Osage City Kansas is the best run unit west of the Mississippi" I like to challenge you to an arm wrestling match and I guarantee you lose!

Family went to get dinner. Ingredients was EH. Biggest problem was on my Toasted sandwich my meatball was cold. Not cool as in it took 10 minutes from sandwich being made and me taking a bite. More like cold from being thawed out.
Consistency out of cookies throughout the day. If going through them so quickly, make more… This is a problem we have ran into quite a few times with this Subway location.

Although I've lived in Osage City before I've actually never eaten at their Subway. And because it always seems empty. I barely ever see anybody there. But I don't know why because although subway it's not one of my favorite places to eat , it was absolutely the best sandwich I've ever had at one. I got to talking to the woman that was working since it was just the two of us in their. Told her how I was opening a new business in Osage in a few weeks, ended up talking to her for probably 20-30 minutes. She was very nice! a great employee, you can tell she liked her job unlike most people that work at Subway. The place was clean my food was delicious overall was the best experience I've had at a subway for sure!
