I am currently dining at Applebee's and have encountered a server with a noticeably poor attitude towards my family and me. In contrast, she displayed better attitudes and attentiveness towards the older patrons seated nearby, double-checking their orders and ensuring accuracy. Our order of buffalo wings was incorrect, as we received barbecue wings instead. Although the server provided refills, she failed to acknowledge us or inquire about our satisfaction, unlike her interactions with the older patrons. When we had finished with our plates and cups, she neglected to clear them, despite passing by our table multiple times. Upon requesting that she take the dishes, she responded with a dismissive tone. Furthermore, when our food arrived, it was only half warm, and the server did not check with my family member to ensure their steak was prepared correctly before abruptly leaving the table. This lack of attention was not observed with the older patrons who also ordered steak. Based on this experience, I would caution against visiting this establishment if you are younger with young children, as the server's attitude may be unfriendly.

Terrible food! I will never eat at another Applebee's. I got the salmon and my entire meal tasted like salmon. Almost like the mashed potatoes and broccoli were stored and cooked together with the salmon. My children got the pizza and refused to eat it. The whole thing was disgusting. I told the server of the issues with the pizza and he offered a corn dog replacement but I had to pay for it.

Atmosphere was fine. We had called ahead of time to reserve a large table, which was all set up when we got there. When it came time to order it was hectic with five grand kids giving the waitress their order. When the food arrived after a long wait three items were wrong kids upset and hungry . Made due with what was brought to us .

Ordered nachos. Might have had a tablespoon of hamburger. The service from kitchen was very slow and they were not busy. You should be ashamed to call that beef nachos. Our waiter checked on us several times

Tayler W. She was the waitress we had, and she was abysmal. We waited for 30 min in the empty applebees for our food. I have no idea why she is still employed here. Absolutely terrible waitress. Never got a refill, never asked if we were doing okay. Absolutely terribe.

The food was great but the service was not good. Had to constantly ask for drink refills and was seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order the appetizer was cold and hard, but the endless shrimp was good but took forever to get another order and when we did there was six shrimp and maybe ten fries. But again the food was great when we got it.
