Atmosphere was fine. We had called ahead of time to reserve a large table, which was all set up when we got there. When it came time to order it was hectic with five grand kids giving the waitress their order. When the food arrived after a long wait three items were wrong kids upset and hungry . Made due with what was brought to us .
The food was great but the service was not good. Had to constantly ask for drink refills and was seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order the appetizer was cold and hard, but the endless shrimp was good but took forever to get another

Chili's has literally been my favorite place, my whole life. And to be honest in 42 years. I can never recall a dull moment at chili's. Where are there was ever an issue. Literally at any location.
