They're usually on point. But last night I did have to drive all the way back because they gave me the wrong order, And? Then when I got there, They immediately handed me my bag and it was already cold. But they're usually on point and I know everybody makes mistakes And I still appreciate them.I go there all the time.

Went in store to order some food. Waited 5 minutes in clear view of three staff members, who completely ignored us. Finally was able to place an order with an unapologetic and unhelpful person that must have been on a break or something. Apparently the staff also doesn't have time to be friendly and polite, nor do they have time to clean the restaurant.

Slow order pretty quick pulled up to window and paided and sat and waited almost 20 min to get are food roast beef sandwich, chicken strips, and one order of fries

Ok, first, it's an Arby's fast food restaurant so food and atmosphere all approximately the same. 1st, the menu has no prices anywhere on it, also no sides listed. I don't know if you can just order french fries alone or not. So you kinda order in the dark if you have limited funds. 2nd, no deals listed in lobby only on the windows, so if you don't see it on the window, they don't tell you about it at the counter. 3rd I ordered a water and was charged $2.29 for a small water. If this is the business model that Arby has now decided to follow, I'm gone. No more Arby's.
