As usual, the food was tasty and hot. I had the new ham & and swiss, and it wasn't super salty like another restaurant's ham & cheese. I'm also so glad they brought back the potato cakes.

They were really busy but got the order right and it didn't take long.
The food is surprisingly good for how little traffic goes through Arby’s. Today my service was excellent; in fact, the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I never got the chance to catch the worker’s name at the window but he brightened my whole day. So, if any Arby’s higher-ups are reading this, the red-haired bearded man with a great personality most definitely deserves a promotion.

They're usually on point. But last night I did have to drive all the way back because they gave me the wrong order, And? Then when I got there, They immediately handed me my bag and it was already cold. But they're usually on point and I know everybody makes mistakes And I still appreciate them.I go there all the time.
