Food here at night time is a legit stop for me way better than Burger King

I usually have nothing bad to say about this Burger King but tonight is different. We placed an app order prior to arriving. When we got there we were told to pull up to the door to wait, even though there was nobody else in line. We got our food and went home (about 15 minutes away). I know, I know you should check your bags before leaving but it’s late and we were ready to be home, lesson learned. We were missing a chicken sandwich and there were onions and tomatoes on a burger that was ordered without them. Make sure you check your bags especially when getting something at night!!

went through drive through. $4.38 for a large diet coke. needless to say we did not want the drink. went across the street to McDonald's and got 2 large drinks for under $3 ....
Took 20 minutes. To get our order finished .Bun was cold , fries had so much salt on them that we couldn't eat them . The lady Making sandwiches was taking orders & giving out food in drive thru .She never once washed her hands or changed the she had on. Handling money &making burgers in the same gloves . They were out of unsweetened tea in the Big Dispencers . The lady said we have sweet tea I said "I don't drink sweet tea could you make some more . Well it will take about 15 min . I said that's fine I will wait . She huffed well ill have to see if I can figure out how to make it

Ordered value menu bacon cheeseburgers through the drive through , but we were given and charged for the large bacon cheeseburgers, very frustrating!

This is my third time eating here for lunch. The food is always hot and fresh. One of the best Burger King's to eat at.
