This place is not big on customer service. No greeting or any kind of acknowledgment that we were there. $25 for what's in the pictures. I guess it is what it is. I'm just puzzled why the atmosphere is dry and cold. There are plenty of other options in Ottawa that I would recommend over this establishment.

The coffee was great. People are nice. Ambiance is lovely. However, I ordered the turkey & bacon sandwich. Waited over 20 minutes. Had to go ask at the counter where my order was. Received maybe a single slice of turkey, one piece of bacon, a lot of mayo, on a roll for $8. IMO, overpriced and an excessive wait for something so simple.

I am in town for an event and needed a place to work for the afternoon. Emily was my baraista and did an outstanding job serving me with my latte. Great coffee and the fire place and atmosphere was amazing!!!!

Old dry meat, cold spinach artichoke dip couldn't figure out how to give a refund
The cold brew was bad and the service was worse. I had the avocado toast and it was mid.

Came into get just a coffee and with three younger ladies all in there … I stood at the counter without any single one of them greeting me, telling me it might be a minute, not ONE WORD. They basically treated me as if I wasn’t even there. It was not busy. 3 people inside sitting down. This is my 3rd time coming here with the exact same service. How frustrating!!!. Will not be coming back, and would gladly give my money to another coffee shop because of the terrible service. Would prefer to leave ZERO stars but it’s not an option

The food quality was lower than the last time I ate there. The brunch bagel was missing flavor. Please inform your staff to make sure the lid is fully on an iced coffee. I took a drink of my iced coffee and the coffee dripped on to my pants because the lid was not fully on.
