Food was good, I like their chicken tender boxes. I asked for an extra side of honey mustard in addition to the gravy that comes with the box unfortunately they misunderstood apparently and all I got was the honey mustard and no gravy... Just be sure to double check your order. Service at the drive through was good and faster than normal when I went this last time. Atmosphere was great considering I was in my own space in my car 😂

Born and raised in Ottawa, been coming to this Dairy Queen my whole life (I’m 31). Never worked here, almost did (have friends who have) but I DoorDash in town sometimes and when I do. I always end up with Dairy Queen orders and the staff are always the friendliest at this Dairy Queen location.
However I’m writing this review because I’ve done DoorDash across the US (43 states so far) and this is the only Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to that gives out this 5 visit blizzard hole punch card.
A lot of restaurants come up with perks like this for Dashers and I love and appreciate it. Free drinks, free dollar menu items (sometimes at some places), free blizzards at Dairy Queen. These DoorDash perks (at least for me) tilt the offset balance of what I don’t make with tips.
So thank you to Dairy Queen in Ottawa for thinking of Dashers as well as customers.

It was chaotic with two trainees and a backed up lines due to a abundance of business and customers but. The manager had it completely under control and got everyone their food in a timely manner, made sure the orders were made right, and lead by example among her crewmembers. I don't think I've ever seen such a good job and hustle from any fast food restaurant like that in my life. The food was excellent and the crew was friendly and quick on service. Well done night shift of 6/2/25. Well done.

It is sad that when they make a mistake and don't want to fix it to make it right.i would have paid for the extra stuff but the girl was nasty with me. We already had to wait extra time because the ice cream was to soft to make blizzards.
