I ordered two pizzas cheesy breadsticks and pasta marinara. It was a lot of food and so we ate the pasta tonight and had ordered it two nights before. After heating it up and serving it on our plates it did not have any pasta in it. It only had sauce and cheese. I called in the manager was not helpful and said there was nothing he could do because I didn't come in the day I bought it. Many times I have bought the pasta and stuck it in the freezer and ate it at a later date and I never thought to open it to see if they cheated me out of pasta. Also I picked it up at the front door and was charged a DoorDash charge which he also said he could not help me. Lousy lousy service and the manager can't do anything

Out of the 5 things I got, only the brownie cake was correct. The other 3 was not what I ordered. I made my order online, and went through the options of selecting what I wanted and what I did not want. Explain to me how I get order of cheese on all my pasta dish and my specialty chicken when I didn't even select cheese. If I don't select to have cheese put on it, then DON'T put it on. Yes, I know most other people put cheese on these type of things, but for me, can't happen at all.

Well I'm not sure what happened but the loaded pepperoni cheesy bread wasn't near as good as it had been in the past. I never complain b/c every other time I've ordered its had twice as much toppings on it. But the employee says that's how they are!! So. . . . . That'll be the last one.

Satory was very professional and trustworthy she didn't have the change on her for the bill I gave her and asked if she could bring it back I reluctantly agreed and she was back about 15 minutes

This seemed to be my new favorite pizza place and then it wasn't. So my favorite thing is the thin and crispy pepperoni pizza. I ordered one and I noticed little fibers on my pieces, as if it was from a towel or something. But also I noticed it had a wet dog taste. My nephew asked me how do I know what wet dog taste like lol! It instantly turned my stomach and I couldn't eat anymore. I decided to google "why does my pizza taste like wet dog" and to my surprise there is actually some posts about it online!!! I thought I was crazy and just couldn't describe it any other way. I was nauseous all night and part of the next day ??

Hot, fresh and delivered fast. Out of the fast food in Ottawa I would say the fastest and the freshest. We are never disappointed.
Food is consistanly good quality ! I usually carry out and pick up as fresh as possible. The store is well staffed and friendly. The local P/H will really have to step it up to compete. Will never give five stars unless somthing amazing happens in the good food fast industry. Saving that for above and beyond situation.

We called domino’s and the manager answered the phone and we explained the some of our food was missing and she offered that we could come and pick it up and she told the manager that we were here in Richmond and we already had the food here and that we had to drive all the way there 15 minutes and 15. Minutes back so by the time the we get back with the rest of the food the rest would be cold and so ( the manager) said we can deliver it to us but like I said ( we are in Richmond and they don’t go to Richmond and ( I was picking up the food for these elderly people here at the nursing home so when I picked it up I didn’t have a receipt and I didn’t know what she ordered so I thought that was it) but main of all WHEN THE LADY THAT I GOT THE FOOD FOR SHE HAD SAID THAT YOU GUYS SHOULD DELIVER IT TO US EVEN IF IT ONLY 15 MINUTES AND THE MANAGER GOT MAD AND HUNG UP WHAT IN THE WOLRD THAT TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT THAT MANAGER IS JUST SO RUDE AND SHOULD BE FIRED

It seems like every other time we order from Dominos, we have some sort of issue. They have given our food to someone else, they have made our food wrong, we have not gotten all of the contents of what we have ordered, they fail to meet the estimated time for pick up/delivery a lot. It is frustrating, because the food is always good. Customer service/staff need improvement.
