We stumbled across this place while passing through Ottawa. Such a pleasant surprise. The place was impressively clean and our waitress Courtney, was delightfully. Our meals were delicious and served with very little wait times.
We're planning on going back.

We always come here. They give you free queso with you chips. The chips are warm and thinner for easy eating.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. Service was excellent, food reasonably priced and delicious, and not that long of a wait for carry out. It was a bit loud, but considering everything mentioned, definately check it out!

BEST RESTAURANT!!!! DoorDash left out our queso so they HAND DELIVERED IT TO US. We will be coming here more just because of that. We love them!

EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!!
We showed up at 830pm on Sunday and received the best service and fresh hot food. We were apologetic for our late arrival, but were assured it was fine. LOVED EVERYTHING and will definitely be back!!!!

They have an amazing breakfast. The biscuit and chorizo gravy meal is phenomenal.

Amazing service and delicious

Ordered a beef/bean burrito with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Nothing on the side, especially rice
Got home opened the pan.
I had rice and a spoonful of beans on the side . Cut it open to clumps of hamburger, nothing else .
No lettuce, tomatoes, onions, not even shredded cheese. Our family has been loyal customers at every Frontera's location.
We have been to the Ottawa location twice.
The first time was not positive but this attempt to literally disregard and completely change a customers order is irresponsible and a complete slam in my face.
I request my money back on my imitation burrito.

Fantastic

Good and service was Excellent! The place is clean. I was very pleased to see that they had gluten-free options, especially since I am Celiac. I had a fajita bowl with chicken and it was excellent. We will be back and bring some of our friends with us !
