I drove 250 miles to get to Hardee's for a lunch sandwich. (Hardee's where I started my day was serving breakfast.) Trevor the manager on duty took my order. I watched him interact with the previous customer, he gave top notch customer service. Then it was my turn. Trevor was so pleasant and friendly. I appreciated his professionalism. Food was super fresh and no better sandwiches out there. Love the sourdough buns. Visit was on August 11, 2024 at about 2:30 PM
This place has gone downhill.More and more often its higher prices, slower/rude service and less reason to come here.One time, I went there and there was a sign saying they'd be close the day before. I walked in and there was one employee sitting in the customer area and one mopping. Nobody said anything so I asked if they were open. Nope. Could have locked the door or put a sign up for that day.Prices have gotten crazy and they took curly fries and onion rings off the menu....
