I got a chance to taste the new menu items and they are the real deal. Authentic Greek Gyro, Chicken Souvlaki and Spanikopita are delicious!!! Quality ingredients and attention to details. Even the briny Black Olives are cravable. I know where lunch comes from!!!

OMG. We tried Kristin's new Greek lunch menu, and it's freakin' AH-MAY-ZING!!! There are traditional Greek dishes like gyros, spanakopita (spinach pie w feta cheese), and the most incredible, spot-on tzaziki (yogurt-sour cream cucumber sauce). And according to my husband, the baklava (a honey walnut heavenly concoction) is the best he's ever had! Right now, it's only available for lunch, but you MUST try it!!

Our family was very disappointed. We drove over from a surrounding town because the reviews were so positive. Our experience was not a good one. We will not be returning.-Big bug crawling on the wall next to us.-Meal states entree comes with salad. Our meal came out and we asked why we didn’t get our salads, we were told they were out of salad. Would of been nice to know that when we ordered.-Ordered trio, out of ravioli, one of the trios.-We had to request bread, it was not offered.No discounts were offered for the missing items. Over $70 for family of four.Our food was hot but basic and nothing original or special.

Amazing food, drinks and atmosphere. Patrick treated us like royalty, we celebrated my daughters college graduation and had a blast. I highly recommend this restaurant, stop by if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

We really liked coming to this place great food we drive an hour one way to come eat here! But tonight we showed up only to be told they were closing early and had run out of food! Well looks like we are better off to drive on up to the city to get great Italian food again!!

Every table had a badly wrinkled tablecloth which was my first indicator that there would be little care taken to prepare the food.Very bland, no visual signs of seasoning not even basic basil or oregano and only one piece of beef in the lasagna. Everything was literally just pasta with ricotta cheese covered in what I assume is their pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. I had a combo of 3 items all the same taste and texture, full of ricotta cheese.Paid $14 for a Terrible meal of pasta with tomato sauce. Far to expensive for the effort and care they take in procuring ingredients to pay what they are asking for a meal. Very disappointed.I would not go back or recommend.

Wow I loved this place! I came to Ottawa to visit an old friend who suggested this place. We ordered the fried calamari (which I'm always hesitant about) but the squid was cut thin and the breading was amazing. The marinara sauce tasted fresh and homemade so that was a huge bonus. I ended up ordering the Stromboli, which was huge. The ingredients inside were great and tasty. Staff were very nice and fun to chat with. She helped us decide between a few menu items and I'm glad she was there. We left there feeling full and ready for a good nap. I'll definitely be back!

Poor customer service.Update: The restaurant is clearly not interested in improving their services based on customer feedback. If you leave a review they do not like, they will respond with hostility and assume you never ate there. I wonder how they were able to assume I never ate at their restaurant. If you cannot take criticism, do not run a business.

As an Italian , there is nothing Italian about this place’s bland mediocre food, it feels like heated up great value instant meals..The waiter was snarky and hostile when I told him he got my order wrong.Would not recommend.Even Olive Garden, the Italian McDonald’s, is a much better experience.

I had the pasta sampler. It was nothing special - seemed to be more sauce than anything else.The meal came with a side salad and bread with dipping oil. The salad was very small, although tasty. I was disappointed with the bread as it was dense, dry and without much flavor . The server was attentive.
Pretty decent, nice atmosphere, the food is good but honestly not much of a presentation. No big deal, for the money it's certainly good enough.

Was a little disappointed. Our tablecloth was dirty and wrinkled, the waiter spilled oil and gave my mom the wrong drink refill, he seemed high or something. Food was good though. Just disappointed in the service and I'm pretty forgiving ?

Update!!Night 2We returned 8 months later to give it another go. There was only 2 other tables sat when we entered. Service was great. We stayed basic this time. No bar drinks, bread was different this time around but came out warm. The balsamic oil dip taste a little more like it used to before ownership changed. I ordered the chicken Alfredo which wasn't bad and my date ordered the pasta sampler which included Lasagna, Manicotti, and spinach ravioli. It was not even close to good. The dish it was served in came out at about 300°. The spinach ravioli was burnt to a potato chip crisp, and the Lasagna and Manicotti both came out not done. The Manicotti had an ice cube of frozen cheese in the middle and the inner layers of cheese in the Lasagna were still showing their shredded cheese form. Not sure how that happened but none of it was good at all.Night 1Awkward night. It was a one waitress/bartender/hostess show. Decorations had a nice update we were sat and there were 3 or 4 other tables already sat. We were served cold bread and the Oil, Balsamic, and Herb dip was light on the oil and herb definitely not the same as it used to be. Our calamari beat our bar drinks to the table as well. I had the Luigi's Special and my date had the Tortellini. Both dishes were good for Ottawa but mediocre on any other scale. The what I believe was the owner is trying to run the place single handedly from my observation and we were there a tad over 2 hours and not because we were trying to soak in the atmosphere. We will let them work the kinks out and go back and try it again to see if I can update this review!

Spaghetti and sauce are delicious and clearly fresh, and the small loaves of bread served with the meal are A++++++ magnificent! Well priced for the portion given. Nice atmosphere and good service. Would definitely recommend over any typical chain restaurant.
