Visited this location on December 28th, a Sunday morning. I was traveling that day so I used the app to make my order in advance. Upon arriving they were very busy and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order.
The young man serving the front counter behaved as if he didn't want to be there. He and another employees had an earbud in their ear.
I had to check up on my order twice to see if it was being made.
The drinks were good. But the sandwiches were lukewarm.
I did finally receive an apology for the wait from one of the staff.
Usually McDonald's food is hot and fresh and quick. This visit was disappointing and I will choose a different McDonald's location or a different restaurant in my future travels.

Absolutely horrible. was in mobile order for over an hour with no one getting their orders. We finally walked in there and found out how many people were actually in that line for over an hour. my fries were cold as they just came out of the bag. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Why can’t the store in Ottawa Ks. Ever put food out the window. What happened to speed of service. For years now. They push us forward. When will this store get it together. Breakfast lunch or dinner. It’s always pull around. Lazy workers and lazier management

I ordered triple cheeseburger with no onion and a large fry light salt and I was even asked to pull forward because they was waiting on my fries... But when I got my food, there was no possible way those were fresh because they would have been really hot.... They was half cold and already half hard and nasty....I was quite upset because that meant I waited extra time just to NOT receive HOT fresh food 🤬
They got everything right and were very fast. The shake machine was actually working!
