Ordered 3 happy meals, very simple. We were told to pull around to the front to wait on the food so we did. 45 minutes later with screaming hungry children we finally went inside & asked where our food was. Low & behold, they were all 3 on the counter & staff members were just sitting around. Absolutely ridiculous!

This McDonalds has a Manager during the day that has a very smart mouth on her! Someone like this shouldn’t be managing nothing. She even smarts off to the workers right in front of patrons! Then she’s nasty to patrons. She’s a very bad manager someone that works there should sue on how their treated by this woman. The drive through is illy ran and so is inside. And it’s ran by her. Will go to Paola from now on or elsewhere. People you do not have to put up with her treatment of you!

Over 20 minutes for a happy meal is ridiculous. And its almost always this bad. “Fast food” but if i go to a place within walking distance like primetime which isnt fast food, id get my meal in half the time. And a wendys and burger king are nearbye (both are mid too) but they actually get you your food fast. This McDonald’s is terrible with how long it takes. Its always at least 15 minutes no matter if its dine in or take out. Even at the counter it takes at least 7 minutes just for someone to come and give you service (including when you’re just buying a drink.

This is the first McDonald's I have eaten at in years that did not offer hot tea for breakfast. I was very disappointed. Not everyone is a coffee drinker. If I lived locally and not traveling through, I would not eat breakfast there

Yes I normally go to McDonald’s for something quick and easy do not recommend this one at all my chicken sandwich was undercooked and I waited over and hour for food and I wasn’t the only one by far worst experience I’ve had with a McDonald’s

They really try up here. I'm on the fence because some crews work great up there. Others. Idky, they even come to work. Check your food before leaving. I always ask for fresh fries. They will just throw you anything if you let em.
