You get in line to order, sit 15 to 20 mins, pay, then get moved to another line to get your food in front of building, another 15 to 20 some nights. Very slow process, especially frustrating if you used the app to order your food that should be ready to go for you, nope you have to wait. It's one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Not fast food, slow food

I can almost guarantee everytime you come through you’ll be told to pull around and wait over 20 minutes for even the smallest of orders. Get this place some staff members!

They can't even get a $5 meal right. Then when you called to try to talk to him they just deny everything they won't even give you a receipt cuz I know they messed up stay away

literally what in the world is going on at this mcdonald’s. I just waited 20 minutes for a mcchicken, plus about 10 other cars waiting and wrapped around the entire building. I have never seen a mcdonald’s run like this. will not visit again.

I went to pickup a mobile order for myself, and one lady (older-sounding) told me she will be right with me (I was in first lane at drive-thru and she was helping the person in the other line who was there first) and she was very polite. One second later, a girl (younger-sounding) comes over the speaker and says “what do you want” with more attitude than four teenage girls combined. It was pretty rude in my opinion. I told her I had a pick up order and she asked for my code. Typically, I’m first encountered with a “thank you for choosing McDonald’s, my name is —, will you be using the mobile app today?” But I was not. That’s the least I’m worried about, but I thought I would share my typical experience so you can compare. The girl sounded like she was pissed off at me lmao. I just had gotten out of work and wanted lunch. I feel I did not need to be talked to like that. Food was good though!

Put in a pickup order and waited 30 minutes before I got tired of waiting and went inside. I got one 6 piece nugget Happy meal and two large Cokes. I mean come on I understand there's no one wanting to work anymore but 30 minutes is insane but not out of the ordinary for McDonald's all of them. If your in a hurry don't even bother.
Ordered a steak bagel combo , the bagel was hard as a hockey puck and settled like a rock in my stomach, I hate asking for a fresh sandwich because I’m gold that they are always fresh, Service was good though!

We waited over 20 minutes for our mobile order a drink, sundae and fries. I had to call to see what was going on for them to hand me cold fries spilling out of the bag onto the tray and not even a spoon for the sundae. Save your time and money...I could've made fries faster, hotter and better in the time it took.
