The customer service is the BEST you’ll receive in Ottawa! I cannot say enough great things about this business. In the middle of moving I was stressed out and trying to provide lunch for 15+ people and they made it so easy. Ottawa is so lucky to have a business such as Pizza Time in the community. ❤️🍕

The food was good. The raviolis were overdone. Bread was nice and soft, and the pizza was very good. It reminds me of Gambinos. Another pizza place. I'm not sure if there are sister company, but everything tasted almost identical. Still a good pizza, but just very identical.
Pizza time never disappoints! I moved from Ottawa to California, and you can't find pizza like this out there!!! I always order when we are in town... It's a part of my home! Thank you PT staff!

I have relatives who live in Ottawa. They really like this place, and I agree. I had the taco pizza. No refried beans, lots of meat, and toppings. The crust was the perfect crunch. Also had a bacon chicken ranch pizza. Glad I don’t live here, or I would be here a couple of times a week.
