I was excited to try this place! Turned out to be a most disappointing experience. Atmosphere is dismal, I was thankful we got to leave before the band/family/friends good time started, the service was okay and now for the most important part! The food.... You can tell they're taking cost cutting measures, over cooking with the grease and the food has that burnt grease taste. Gross. The Steaks were so bland, quality was very poor! Every plate on the table had 90% waste. Talk about a total waste of money. We will certainly not be back.

I was with a group of 6 around 7:00 p.m. We were waited on quickly. We didnt have to wait an unreasonable about of time and our food was ready. I ordered the fish with fries and it very good. I would highly recommend eating there.

My wife and I were in town to visit our son who attends Ottawa University. We had been wanting to stop here for a meal every time we came to town but for some reason, we never did. Well today, we did and what a meal it was. The restaurant is very clean. Games on the tv's and the service was fantastic. Our server was awesome. Shame on me for not having her name. She was extremely attentive. We never had to wait for a refill on our beverages and she was very polite. The food, was amazing. My wife, my son and his girlfriend all agreed. Unfortunately we waited until our last evening in town to eat here. I can't wait for our next visit. For those wondering, I had the Panther Mac Attack with bacon and grilled chicken. DELICIOUS! This place is awesome.
Me and my wife took our granddaughters to eat there today at around 2:00 p.m.. I ordered a cheeseburger can they charge me extra for the cheese the lettuce the tomato it turned out to be a greasy bun. My wife ordered a turkey and bacon club sandwich which was basically three pieces of bacon with a half inch slab of turkey thrown on two pieces of toast and she was not impressed. The turkey was very tough and the bacon was cold and crunchy. And for the kids meals there was a grilled cheese and chicken nuggets the chicken nuggets had so much breading on them that the 4 year old had to Crunch it off so she could just eat the chicken, and the grilled cheese was not very appetizing my 5-year-old wanted to just peel the cheese off and eat the bread. The fries were okay. It took 20 minutes to get our order taken while there was only three other tables with people at it. $50 down the drain

I’ve been to Primetime twice now and it has been fantastic both times! The first time was for a sit down meal and the second time was a to-go order. I was so impressed with how delicious the food was! My order was accurate both times, and it’s quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The service is nice, and I appreciate the open spacious feel.Kid-friendliness: There’s a bowling alley here too and I think that the atmosphere is kid appropriateWheelchair accessibility: No stairs, plenty of tables and booths with close handicap parking spaces
Went in with my husband and best friend today and the food and service was fantastic. We were having a blast and the waiter and the manager even got in on the jokes keeping the fun going. We will definitely return!
